Man, 3 juveniles picked up over pot

MERRIMACK – A Nashua man was arrested and three juveniles taken into protective custody after police discovered marijuana in the car they were in Friday night, police said.

Officers came across the car shortly after 8 p.m. near 9 Bowers Landing, which is in a condominium complex off Daniel Webster Highway in the southern end of town, according to police. Upon further investigation, officers found four occupants and an unspecified amount of marijuana, police said.

Thomas Bradford, 19, of 20 Whitney St., Nashua, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, police said. He was booked at police headquarters and later released on bail pending a scheduled March 24 appearance in Merrimack District Court.

The three juveniles were turned over to their parents, police said.
