Improvements set for water system
Work designed to improve the public water system in the area of Continental Boulevard begins this week, according to a Merrimack Village District press release.
R.W. Gillespie and Associates will begin drilling to observe soil and groundwater conditions today at 8 a.m., with work wrapping up Friday, the release said. Then, Meridian Land Services will start Monday with survey work that may take one to two weeks to complete.
Traffic may be slowed in the areas of Continental Boulevard and Camp Sargent, Amherst and Turkey Hill roads. Merrimack police will be assisting traffic.
