ID theft case investigated

HOLLIS – Hollis police are asking the public for help in identifying a person who allegedly committed identity theft, charging more than $500 worth of merchandise on a credit card opened in somebody else’s name.

Police said the report came Dec. 15 from a Runnels Bridge Road resident.

Upon investigation by detectives, a video was obtained of the female suspect during a fraudulent transaction at Walgreens in Nashua.

The video shows a white female with dark hair and glasses purchasing a gift card with the stolen/fraudulent credit card.

The suspect used the card at 10 locations in Nashua and one location in Tyngsborough, Mass.
