A consortium of organizations fighting homelessness will host a meeting Wednesday on its mission and activities.
The presentation from the Greater Nashua Continuum of Care will be from 8-9 a.m. in the third-floor auditorium at City Hall.
Those attending will learn about the services available to prevent homelessness and the legal, emotional, financial, mental and physical challenges that can accompany this kind of situation, continuum members say.
Since the group began in 1994, the Continuum of Care has been work working to address the issues of homelessness in the 10-town continuum area.

One effort of the group is to provide a simple communication tool to facilitate assistance to homeless people or families. The public is encouraged to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to report incidents of homelessness.
