Empty Bowls fundraiser
A Souhegan High School senior has organized an Empty Bowls fundraiser to benefit SHARE.
The event, organized by Andrea Dow for her senior project, will be held Thursday, April 23, from 6-8 p.m. in the school cafeteria.
Students and local potters donated more than 140 handmade ceramic bowls. Guests will pick out a bowl and fill it with soup and bread donated by local restaurants, including Bagel Alley, Aspirations Bistro, Giorgio’s, Black Forest Cafe, Martha’s Exchange, Panera Bread, Mile Away and Moulton’s Market.
There will be entertainment by Shane Walsh. Tickets are $12 for students/children and $15 for adults. Tickets are available for teachers and students during lunch and advisory and can also be bought at the Homestead and Aspirations Bistro on 101A throughout April.
