BEDFORD Wine seminar to benefit Easter Seals
Ever wonder why you chill a white wine and not a red? Or why the same grape from one region will taste completely different from another region? Get the answers from one of the best sources!
Author Kevin Zraly will hold a special wine seminar Wednesday, Jan. 28, from 6-8 p.m. at CR Sparks Event Center in Bedford. The seminar is hosted by Southern Wine and Spirits of New England Inc., and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the programs and services offered by Easter Seals NH.
Tickets are $35 and a limited number are available. The seminar kicks off with a hot hors d’oeuvres reception from 6-6:30 p.m. Follwing the seminar, there will be a book signing from 7:30-8 p.m. Attendees will sample a selection of different wines during the seminar as Zraly provides his insight to the complex wine world. Smell, swirl, sip and learn the origins of each wine sampled.
The Windows on the World Seminar is part of Wine Week 2009 and the Winter Wine Spectacular for Easter Seals.
