Fuss & O’Neill Inc. has hired Mike Simoneau as a senior regional marketing coordinator for the company’s Manchester office. He previously worked as a marketing manager over the last four years for a New Hampshire-based commercial construction management firm.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty has donated $2,000 to New Beginnings-Without Violence and Abuse in support of the Belknap County nonprofit’s Housing First program, which helps survivors of domestic and sexual violence achieve stability and independence in our community. The funds were donated through Verani’s philanthropic and social development initiative, VeraniCARES.
A New Hampshire chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association, an organization that works to advance sound financial and accounting practices in the construction industry, has been formed. The organization was formed by B2W Software Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Dave Flynn and executives of several New Hampshire construction companies.
“As an active member of CFMA at the national level for many years on behalf of B2W, I’ve seen the value the organization provides for its members,” said Flynn. “We’re excited about introducing the exceptional resources as well as educational and networking opportunities to more contractors in this area by adding New Hampshire to the list of nearly 100 local chapters.”

Kevin P. McGoff, Michael Gillisand Heath Minkhave joined Camden National Bank’s mortgage banking team, serving customers from Boston to southern New Hampshire in lending offices in Portsmouth and Manchester in New Hampshire and Braintree, Mass.
McGoff most recently served as a senior loan officer at Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union. Gillis previously worked at People’s United Bank as an assistant vice president, mortgage loan officer. Mink also joins Camden National Bank from Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union, where he served as a senior loan officer for four years.
Lakes Region Community Developers will hold a June 26 ribbon-cutting and open house to celebrate its newest affordable housing development, Gilford Village Knolls III, the first multifamily property in New Hampshire to be constructed to the passive building standard. Passive Buildings use 60 to 80 percent less heating and cooling energy than standard buildings. The events begin at 11:30 a.m. at Gilford Village Knolls III, 43 Potter Hill Rd., Gilford.
Newmarket-based Chinburg Properties recently donated $2,500 to the American Independence Museum in Exeter to help provide free admission to all active and retired military, veterans and immediate family members who accompany them. “We firmly believe in the museum, its programming and its mission,” said Jen Chinburg. “This is an opportunity to give back to those who have given so much to support our freedom.”
