Trombly elected chair of the Mechanical Licensing Board … and more
Jewett Construction Co. Inc., Raymond, has announced the promotion of senior project manager Steve Harris of Manchester to executive vice president.
Advanced Patient Advocacy has leased 20,314 square feet of office space at 2 International Drive at Pease International Tradeport in Portsmouth.
The privately held company, which partners with health care organizations to help uninsured patients find third-party coverage to pay for medical care, relocated from its 6,000-square-foot space at 1000 Market St. in Portsmouth.
Christian Stallkamp of CBRE|Portsmouth represented Advanced Patient Advocacy in the transaction and also procured a subtenant for the vacated space at 1000 Market St.
Stallkamp also recently represented the seller of a 15,300-square-foot building and 1.25 acres in Rowley, Mass. The purchaser was GTS Realty LLC, which paid $800,000. Fred Newton of Sovereign Realty represented the buyer in the transaction.

Bill Trombly Jr., owner and president of Bill Trombly Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric, has been elected chair of the NH Mechanical Safety and Licensing Board.
The board is charged with regulating fuel gas fitters, plumbers and the voluntary certification of heating equipment personnel and water treatment technicians.
A number of employees from CHI Engineering Services of Portsmouth recently partnered with Habitat for Humanity to help build a home in Rochester for a veteran’s family. CHI employees put up the walls of the two-family, six-bedroom home.
EPE Corp., has signed a lease to expand its footprint at its current location at 645 Harvey Rd. in Manchester. The expansion will provide additional office and manufacturing space above the firm’s current first-floor location. EPE said it expects to move into the space in early 2016 upon completion of necessary fit-ups.
