NHBR About Town: Holy Rosary Credit Union

Holy Rosary Credit Union has closed its first home loan in conjunction with The Housing Partnership, a Portsmouth affordable housing developer, which is rehabilitating five properties for first-time homebuyers using federal Neighborhood Stabilization Program funds from the city of Rochester. Standing at the house are, from left, Jack Peduzzi, senior project manager at THP; Marty Chapman, THP executive director; Mr. & Mrs. Felix Mercedes, who purchased the house; Bill Cormier, partner at Hourihane, Cormier & Associates; and Julie Coakley, assistant vice president, Lending & Business Development, HRCU.
