BerryDunn inks new Brady Sullivan Plaza lease … and more

Merrimack County Savings Bank recently donated $50,000 to NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire’s campaign to raise support to improve housing stock in Nashua’s Tree Street’s neighborhood. Tim Cosette has joined Al Terry Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Hooksett, as comfort advisor. Cosette, who has over 20 years of plumbing, heating, drain cleaning and HVAC experience. holds a Massachusetts journeyman and master plumber license.

 

CPA firm BerryDunn has leased the entire fourth floor and half of the fifth floor at Brady Sullivan Plaza, 1000 Elm St., Manchester. The firm, which currently occupies the entire 15th floor of the building, is expected to take occupancy by the first quarter of 2018. Dan Scanlon of Colliers International’s office represented BerryDunn in the transaction, and Charles Panasis of Brady Sullivan Properties represented the landlord.

 

Debbie James has joined the Plymouth office of Peabody & Smith Realty as a sales associate.

 

The RiverWoods Group says it has experienced an unprecedented demand for its new retirement community, RiverWoods Durham. Some 544 people have joined the list to have an option on 150 apartments at the new community. As a result, RiverWoods said has moved up the Durham community’s planned opening from 2020 to late 2019. Those who joined the RiverWoods Durham Founders Club are being given the opportunity to review floor plans and design options in October and reserve their apartments at that time.

 

George Katis, president of Nashua Wallpaper Design Center, will be honored by the Daniel Webster Council, Boy Scouts of America at the Greater Nashua Good Scout Award Dinner, to be held Wednesday, Oct. 25, at the Courtyard by Marriott, Nashua. Katis will be recognized for his accomplishments and community service while exemplifying scouting values in his daily life.

 

Plymouth State University recently marked the official grand opening of Merrill Place Residence Hall and Conference Center. Offering student housing during the academic year, the seven-story building will serve as the centerpiece of PSU’s role as a regional venue for conferences, exhibitions and other events.
