Man charged with wielding knife
A city man pulled a knife and threatened a companion of his girlfriend at a local restaurant last month, police reported this morning. Keith Patterson, 20, of 32-1/2 Harbor Ave., was arrested Nov. 21 on a felony criminal threatening charge, police reported. He was later released on bail pending arraignment Dec. 15 in Nashua District Court. On Nov. 17, police charge, Patterson learned that his girlfriend had gone with another man to the Haluwa Restaurant at the Nashua Mall, Detective Lt. George McCarthy said. Patterson showed up at the restaurant at about 12:43 a.m. and threatened the man with a knife, police reported. Patterson had left when police got there, but witnesses identified him and police found the knife nearby, in the restaurant, police reported.
