Mixed-used development proposed in Windham
Rental units, retail, medical space planned at 29-acre site
Salem-based Duck Pond Realty has unveiled its plans for Gateway Park, a 29-acre mixed-use development in Windham at the intersection of Routes 111 and Range Road near Interstate 93.
Plans call for residential rental units, retail space and a medical and professional complex.
Deepak Sharma of Duck Pond purchased the property in July 2014 for $3 million.
The proposal has not yet been filed, but preliminary plans were presented April 8 to the Windham Planning Board.
