Rivier presents “Microlending and Macro-vision”

International development expert Jonathan Dolan will present a program entitled, “Microlending and Macro-Vision: Working Small for Big Change,” at Rivier College in Nashua. Dolan will discuss his work with the Small Enterprise Education and Promotion Network, or SEEP, an international network and promoter of best practices in enterprise development and financial services. The global organization’s members are international nonprofit organizations committed to reducing poverty through the power of enterprise. Membership includes Grameen Bank, winner of the 2006 Nobel Peace Prize. Prior to joining SEEP, Dolan was a program associate at Strategies for International Development, where he supported economic and agricultural development projects in Bolivia, Peru and Guatemala. “Microlending and Macro-Vision: Working Small for Big Change” will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, April 23,å in the Dion Center Reception Room at Rivier.
