Alpha Loft accepts largest cohort yet for its accelerator program
Twelve startups will receive mentorship, workspace and more
Twelve startups have been selected for Alpha Loft's accelerator program, Accelerate NH.
The group is the largest cohort yet for the intensive, three-month program managed by the Manchester-based incubator. Startup founders will receive mentorship, support systems, weekly programming, workspace provided by Alpha Loft and WBC Office Suites, cloud credits and much more.
"Through Alpha Loft’s new, strategic alliance with the New Hampshire High Tech Council, the cohort of startups will be in a great position to leverage the greater reach and breadth of experience in the New Hampshire ecosystem," said the Alpha Loft in a press release.
The program will conclude with a large Demo Day event on May 31, called Startup Shindig, during which the entrepreneurs will present their companies.
Startups selected for Accelerate NH are listed below:
Cyborg, Inc.: A developer of performance enhancing wearable technology with a corresponding mobile app. Cyborg is working on two products: FLO2, an intelligent air pump that uses machine learning to figure out how an individual breathes and assists them in breathing, and HALO, the world’s first DronePack. By factoring location data into an algorithm, Cyborg can measure the impact of its wearable products on human performance.
HealthyKart: A nutritional dietary analysis platform that connects every household with the food they're eating to ensure a nutritious well-balanced diet.
LIM Software: A third party, software developer that says it eliminates the need for user-generated build scripts. LIM's Software Build Technology is projected to eliminate approximately $21 billion of the waste on software builds each year in the U.S.
Palatine: Developer of Project Plato, a software as a service product that allows users to query arbitrary datasets with natural language, making data analysis comprehensible and conversational.
QuadraSquare: Developer of early detection technology to drastically improve chances of breast cancer survival.
SkinGreat, LLC: Developer of a breakthrough transdermal delivery system that treats scars and stretch marks by a unique approach.
TankClarity: Developer of an app that alerts residents and property managers of low energy fuel storage.
Thrvly: A marketplace platform which gives every health instructor & influencer powerful Ecommerce & Publishing tools to create a real business and earn money from their content, social following, and products.
UpStart Commerce: Developer of software that streamlines business processes, putting products in front of consumers faster and reducing friction. UpStart Commerce's platform aims to redefine retail commerce and how enterprise retailers interact with consumers.
Vybe Software: Developer of DevKit, an iOS application integrated with curriculum that enables any student, camper or average user to create their own mobile apps and games from their iPad or iPhone. The company says DevKit is the only mobile platform in existence whereby users can design, program, test, and export mobile apps for upload to the Apple and Google Play app stores, and there's no coding required.
