LONDONDERRY – A Hudson woman was seriously injured when her Jeep Grand Cherokee ran off Mammoth Road on Thursday afternoon, police report. It took rescuers nearly a half-hour to free Cynthia Bergeron, 38, from the wreckage after she veered off the road and rolled her Jeep into the woods, police reported. She was flown by Medflight to Beth-Israel Hospital in Boston. Mammoth Road, Route 128, was closed while police investigated the crash, with traffic being diverted to Route 102. Police were still investigating Friday, and said witness statements and other information suggest that Bergeron could have been impaired, and speeding. No other vehicles are believed to have been involved in the crash. – Andrew Wolfe Edit ModuleShow Tags
