Alvirne High School spray-painted overnight

Vandals “tagged” Alvirne High School with spray paint overnight Tuesday, police said. The vandalism was discovered at about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, police said. Police believe three different persons spray-painted graffiti both inside and outside the school, though there was no sign of forced entry into the building, police said. The vandals used various colors, profanities and the tag “SALO,” police said. Police believe the vandalism took place overnight, and anyone with information on the incident is urged to call Hudson police at 886-6011. – ANDREW WOLFE
