Screwdriver assault arraignment set

A Brookline man stabbed a woman with a screwdriver and threatened to kill her, prosecutors charge. Richard Henderson, 21, of 2 Shattuck Lane, was indicted last week and is scheduled to be arraigned Aug. 14 in Hillsborough County Superior Court. He faces felony domestic violence charges of first-degree assault, criminal threatening and misdemeanor charges including assault and vandalism. Henderson is accused of attacking Samantha Lussier on May 18, stabbing her arm with a screwdriver, punching and choking her and threatening to kill her, the indictments state. He also is accused of punching holes in a wall and door, and keeping her from calling for help. Edit ModuleShow Tags
