Dunn’s building sold for $2.7m in Manchester

One Dow Court Incorporated, an owner and manager of properties in Manchester’s Millyard area, has added another: the Dunn Furniture building on Canal Street. The building was sold by Dunn Furniture Inc., which recently ceased operations as a furntiture retailer, for $2.7 million. Dunn had purchased the building from One Dow Court in 1992. The building also houses the Tiny Totland children’s furniture store and Milton’s, a restaurant. Built in the mid-19th century, the building was originaly the site of the Amoskeag Locomotive Works and after that was for many years home to the Pandora factory store. The current tenants are expected to remain at the building, said One Dow Court property manager Ralph Sidore, who said his firm plans improvements to the building in order to attract new tenants. - JEFF FEINGOLD Edit ModuleShow Tags
