Foreclosure rates in Manchester-Nashua continue to fall
November data show 0.25% drop between 2012 and ‘13
Foreclosure rates in the Manchester-Nashua area decreased in November 2013 compared to the same period a year earlier, according to data released by CoreLogic.
According to CoreLogic, the rate of Manchester-Nashua area foreclosures among outstanding mortgage loans was 0.92 percent in November 2013, a decrease of 0.25 percentage points. In November 2012, the rate was 1.17 percent.
The national foreclosure rate was 2.18 percent for November 2013.
The company also reported that the Manchester-Nashua mortgage delinquency rate decreased. According to CoreLogic data for November 2013, 3.24 percent of mortgage loans were 90 days or more delinquent compared to 4.02 percent for the same period last year, representing a decrease of 0.78 percentage points.Edit ModuleShow Tags
