Entrepreneur of Year finalists announced
Execs at Newforma, Scribe and Single Digits in running for High Tech Council award
Top executives of Newforma and Scribe Software, both Manchester companies, and Bedford-based Single Digits have been named finalists for the New Hampshire High Tech Council’s 2014 Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
The finalists are:
• Robert Goldstein, CEO, and Stephen Singlar, president, of Single Digits, a white label network operator for property owners.
• Peter Chase, founder and executive vice president of business development, and Lou Guercia, president and CEO, of Scribe Software, which has distinguished itself as a hub for innovation and advancement in the global data integration community.
• Bob Batcheler, co-founder and executive vice president of strategy, Dave Plunkett, executive vice president of development, and Ian Howell, CEO, of Newforma, whose software connects architecture, engineering, construction and owner organizations to each other, their project information, their financial and resource data and to remote team members
The 2014 EOY winner will be announced as part of an evening event that will feature robots, startup company demonstrations, networking, food, drink, remarks from Gov. Maggie Hassan and a keynote address by Carbonite co-founder David Friend.
The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. Monday, May 5, at the Radisson Hotel/Center of New Hampshire in Manchester. Tickets are $80 for council members and $100 for non-members.
