F.W. Webb Co. is proposing to build a 74,000-square-foot warehouse with office space in Lebanon.

F.W. Webb Co., the New England plumbing and heating company, plans to begin construction of a 74,000-square-foot warehouse and office building off of Route 120 in Lebanon next spring, according to the Valley News.

Earlier this month, the Lebanon Planning Board approved Webb’s proposal to build the facility at 68 Etna Rd., the former home of New Hampshire Industries, which recently moved from its 43,000-square-foot building to Claremont.

Webb’s plans call for demolishing that building and replacing it with a facility with nearly 7,000 square feet of offices, a 12,000-square-foot wholesale area and 54,000 square feet of storage.

The Valley News reported that the new building would free up space at the F.W. Webb showroom across the street. The company will continue operations there, but with room for more retail products and space to host training events for local contractors.

Architect for the project is Corzilius, Matuszewski, Krause Architects, Manchester, and Hayner/Swanson of Nashua is the engineer.
