Description

On December 18, Tom Manson will speak on Trademarks and Trade Names: Understanding what you have and what you need to protect: Many businesses use trademarks and trade names without fully appreciating what they have and what they need to protect. Both trademarks and trade names are valuable assets representing an investment by the business. Both are essential to the goodwill of the company. This discussion is about identifying and protecting brand names, logos, designs, catch phrases, d/b/a’s and other identifiers used by the business for itself, its products and its services.

Tom Manson, Jennifer Moeckel and Scott Ellison, three of the partners at Cook Little Rosenblatt & Manson, are participating in a three-part luncheon speaker series hosted by Wentworth Economic Development Corporation in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.
