In addition to Chris Gosselin, 2013 NHAR Immediate Past President John Rice will briefly discuss the current state of the seacoast real estate market.

The Seacoast Board of REALTORS has hosted semi-annual State of the Seacoast news conferences since 2007. The event has gained momentum with each session. The format typically features a panel of local experts or nationally renowned experts who focus their commentary on real estate market data, both at the local and national level.

“We strive to be a voice for real estate at all levels in the political process,” said Seacoast Board Of REALTORS President Jim Lee. “And we strive to keep homeownership affordable and available for all Americans.
