This interactive workshop will help you define your market, your message and the media to be used to drive sales, and will include digital marketing and online sales options. No prior business experience is assumed; this workshop is in everyday language with practical  applications.

The workshop begins with a careful examination of your unique business. It progresses to identifying your “ideal customer,” segmenting the targeted customers according to demographics, geography, need, goals and interest. Next, a presentation on “goal satisfaction selling” gives an idea of how to market your businesses, focusing on the customer’s point of view.  You will be guided through a targeted marketing approach from message to plan to execution. Discussion of internet as well as traditional marketing strategies will be included.  The workshop concludes with an exercise allowing each participant to develop a customer profile, marketing approach and message.
