Dr. Daphne Kenyon, an economist and visiting fellow at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy in Cambridge, Mass., will be the keynote speaker at the Access Greater Manchester Annual Meeting from 3 to 5pm, Monday, Feb. 3, at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at Saint Anselm College.
Dr. Kenyon will speak on the topic "What You Should Know About Property Taxes and Economic Development."
The Access Greater Manchester Annual Meeting is an opportunity for development professionals and other business leaders, municipal staff, and elected and appointed officials from across the region to gather together to network and learn.

In addition to Dr. Kenyon's remarks, the meeting will also feature a presentation by Regional Economic Development Specialist Andre Garron on UNH Cooperative Extension's new Business Expansion and Retention Program, as well as a recap of Access Greater Manchester's work in 2013 and a look at its 2014 action plan.
