Concord chamber exec moves to NHLRA

Celia Phillips, longtime communications director of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce, has left the organization to take a new position at the New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Association. The 29-year-old Manchester resident will be the education and programming coordinator at NHLRA, a newly created position. Phillips was instrumental in developing the Concord Young Professionals Network, a peer-to-peer networking group that meets monthly for social and informative events.
