Presiding judges: Nashua District Court, James Patten, James Leary, Thomas Bamberger, Peter Bronstein, John Yazinski, Lawrence Warhall, Martha Crocker, Michael Ryan and Clifford Kinghorn. Merrimack District Court, Clifford Kinghorn, Gregory Michael. Milford District Court, Martha Crocker.

Dec. 8 MILFORD DISTRICT COURT MILFORD CASE

Jeremy T. Bettis, 24, 29 Capron Road, Milford, pleaded innocent to driving while intoxicated and was found guilty and fined $350. Bettis’ driver’s license was revoked for 90 days and he was referred to an alcohol information program.

Dec. 9 MILFORD DISTRICT COURT AMHERST CASE

Robert A. Felicani, 54, 28 Layfayette St., Arlington, Mass., pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $350. Felicani’s driving rights were revoked for six months and he was referred to an alcohol information program.

BROOKLINE CASE

Shawn M. Boucher, 31, 23 Higgins St., Manchester, pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated and was fined $350. Boucher’s driver’s license was revoked for 90 days and he was referred to an alcohol information program.

NASHUA DISTRICT COURT NASHUA CASE

Joseph Goding, 47, 20 Bridge St., Nashua, pleaded guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated and was fined $500. Goding’s driver’s license was revoked or two years and he was referred to an alcohol information program. Complaints of driving while intoxicated, disobeying a police officer, and a stop sign violation were dropped.

Dec. 10 NASHUA DISTRICT COURT STATE POLICE CASES

Cephas M. Mazhandu, 50, 5 McTavish Drive, Nashua, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $350. Mazhandu’s driver’s license was revoked for 90 days and he was referred to an alcohol information program. A complaint of speeding was dropped.

David Pavlas, 32, 18 Laton St., Nashua, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $500. Pavlas’ license was revoked for six months and he was referred to an alcohol information program. A complaint of aggravated driving while intoxicated was dropped.

MERRIMACK DISTRICT COURT MERRIMACK CASE

Robert E. Eisele, 41, 115 Westwood Drive, Nashua, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, subsequent offense and was fined $500. Eisele’s license was revoked for three years and he was sentenced to a multiple offender program. Complaints of transportation of an alcoholic beverage, possession of drugs, and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle were dropped.

STATE POLICE CASE

Gerald W. Erwin, 30, 321 Burnelle Ave., Manchester, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $350. Erwin’s driver’s license was revoked for 270 days, review for license reinstatement on March 10, 2004, and he was referred to an alcohol information program.

Dec. 11 NASHUA DISTRICT COURT NASHUA CASE

Maurice J. Lamontagne, 48, 165 Pine St., Nashua, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $350. Lamontagne’s driver’s license was revoked for 90 days and he was referred to an alcohol information program. A traffic control complaint was placed on file.
